Publication of the 2021 activity report
In 2021, the La Poste group has made significant steps which are reflected in its plan "La Poste 2030, engaged for you" : creation of the new branch : The Retail Customers and Digital Services business unit and the acceleration of its development, particularly within the e-commerce sector, the bankinsurance, proximity services, digital trust solutions and its growth drivers of the future.

In 88 pages, the 2021 activity report reviews the deployment of the group's strategy with proximity as the common denominator of all of its businesses and customer satisfaction as its top priority.
