As a mission-led company, La Poste Groupe pursues its ambition of being a sustainably profitable and responsible business. True to its purpose, "serving all, useful for everyone ", it is committed to strengthening both the positive impact of its activities and its performance. In line with its strategic plan,"Succeeding Together - Ambitions 2031", the Group places environmental, social and societal issues at the heart of its business model.

To deliver on this ambition, La Poste Groupe focuses on the issues that are most material to its activities, stakeholders and long-term performance. Whether reducing its environmental footprint, contributing to the development of local communities, promoting responsible digital practices, or supporting changes in jobs and skills, the Group acts on the levers that enable it to strengthen both its positive impact on society and the resilience of its business model. This approach is structured around three complementary priorities: acting for the planet, acting for society, and succeeding together with employees.
