The platform also simplifies access to an ecosystem of already connected facilities, digital solutions or human services, offered by third parties or business units of Le Groupe La Poste. For example, the Digital Hub is already connected to numerous digital solutions from Docapost concerning identity, e-contract storage, e-payment, emailing, etc., or proximity services operated by the Services-Mail-Parcels Business Unit and connected market objects. This allows the company to easily test, develop and widely deploy optimised processes, and provide a unified customer journey or new services, via a single and secure industrial solution.
The Digital Hub also allows Le Groupe La Poste customers to develop their own innovative services such as Altarea Cogedim and its new solution EasyVillage (presented at CES 2019 at the La Poste stand).
It is the foundation for the innovations from La Poste presented at the CES stand, such as La Poste eHealth.
