La Poste Groupe : 2025 highlights

In 2025, La Poste Groupe continued its transformation. The group is expanding and innovating across all its business areas. The year 2025 was also marked by a strengthening of its social and environmental commitments and the roll-out of transformative initiatives designed to support local communities and the environmental transition.

Letter volumes are falling, the volume of parcels delivered is rising

In 2025, the postal business continued to experience a structural decline. The volume of parcels delivered worldwide by the group increased, with Geopost showing particularly strong growth. During the festive season, the group delivered 180 million parcels in France despite a cyberattack on an unprecedented scale.

A model of community-based, diversified bancassurance with strong local roots

By 2025, La Banque Postale will see its transformation plan bear fruit. The commercial momentum of the postal network has been key to the marketing of banking and insurance products, as well as to the development of a more targeted sales approach, enabling the bank to better serve a highly diverse customer base.

A stronger commitment to ethical, inclusive and afordable digital services

La Poste Groupe has placed digital trust at the heart of the development of its digital activities. As La Poste Groupe’s digital subsidiary, Docaposte has expanded its offering and forged strategic partnerships to promote a sovereign and responsible digital ecosystem.

An extensive presence and range of services, right on the doorstep of the French people

In 2025, La Poste Groupe continued to diversify its presence across the country to adapt to changing lifestyles. It also developed local services designed to make everyday life easier for individuals, businesses and local authorities.

Taking action with and for employees

Well-being at work, training, employability, gender equality… 2025 saw further progress made by La Poste Groupe as an employer. Through new agreements, partnerships and concrete measures, it is a group that cares about its employees, develops their skills and is committed to everyone.

Acting for the planet

In 2025, La Poste Groupe continued its efforts to combat climate change and promote the circular economy. In terms of environmental performance, La Poste Groupe and La Banque Postale were recognised by the CDP, which ranks them among the ESG leaders in the environmental sector.

Acting for society and the future of the regions

La Poste Groupe puts its mission into practice every day, positioning itself as a company that is close to people and communities. Across the board, it is stepping up its initiatives and investing to support transitions and foster regional development and cohesion.
