La Poste Groupe at VivaTech 2025

As a major multi-activity group (parcels, bancassurance, digital, services), La Poste is showcasing its technological know-how and capacity for innovation in the service of its customers at VivaTech, where it is a founding partner.

Over the past 10 years, La Poste has undergone a profound transformation, thanks to a culture of innovation that has spread across all its business lines. As a key player in a sovereign digital economy serving the public interest, notably through its subsidiary Docaposte, the group is presenting a selection of service innovations and technological solutions incorporating artificial intelligence at this 2025 edition of VivaTech. As France's leading parcel delivery company, La Poste is celebrating 30 years of e-commerce, the development and evolution of which it has supported over the years. Around this theme, visitors to Lab La Poste will discover a host of fun and educational activities. Last but not least, over 30 start-ups selected by the Group's incubation and investment programs will be showcasing their innovative solutions over the four days of VivaTech.

Digital sovereignty, a general interest imperative for La Poste

As a public player serving the general interest, La Poste has made digital sovereignty one of its priorities in the development of its digital activities. This commitment, in keeping with its status as a company with a mission and its historic values of trust, inclusion and sustainability, covers a number of areas, such as the protection of sensitive data, the mastery of digital uses by as many people as possible, technological autonomy, and the resilient and reversible hosting of data in France.

With its subsidiary Docaposte, which promotes digital citizenship, La Poste is convinced of the need to ensure technological sovereignty over the entire digital value chain, in order to combine performance and the protection of data - particularly sensitive data - for citizens, the public sector and businesses. This guarantee requires sovereign infrastructures, mastered by our own teams of experts.

That's why, thanks to its technological know-how and proximity to the public, La Poste group offers secure solutions such as the generative AI-based medical synthesis solution Dalvia Santé, L'Identité Numérique La Poste (6 million users), the Digiposte digital safe (over 11 million users) and NumSpot, the trusted cloud initiated by Docaposte (as lead partner), Caisse des Dépôts, Dassault Systèmes and Bouygues Telecom.

Celebrating 30 years of e-commerce

La Poste is celebrating 30 years of e-commerce by presenting a selection of initiatives and innovations, using data and AI in particular, on its Lab, whose design will nod to the parcel theme. Visitors will be able to understand the efforts undertaken by La Poste to improve the customer experience, efficiency, security and sustainability of the supply chain.
