Summary

La Poste Groupe supports local development, social cohesion and digital inclusion. Through its dense local network, proximity services and trusted digital solutions, it supports citizens, local authorities and businesses while promoting responsible digital practices.

Supporting local development and strengthening social ties

Guided by its values and purpose, La Poste Groupe supports territorial and societal transitions by combining social usefulness, proximity and responsibility. Beyond its public service missions, it adapts its services and local presence formats to remain closely connected to local realities and to support changing needs and uses.

For example, it continues to expand contact points through partnerships with local authorities and retailers. It facilitates access to administrative procedures for vulnerable populations and people who are digitally excluded through post offices accredited as France Services centres.

This ability to adapt helps maintain social ties, particularly in the most vulnerable areas. It is also supported by human-centred local services, including home meal delivery, vulnerability detection initiatives and support for older people, which respond directly to residents' needs and to the challenges associated with an ageing population.

The Group also acts as a partner to local public-sector stakeholders by contributing to the success of their local policies. Since 2015, La Banque Postale has been the leading bank lender to local authorities and public hospitals. In 2025, it achieved a record level of financing production (€13.8 billion) for the public sector and local economies. To support local authorities in projects related to environmental protection and social cohesion, La Banque Postale offers citizen loans (green and social loans) as well as advisory services.

Thanks to its unique territorial network and its 60,000 postmen and postwomen, La Poste Groupe helps make local communities more accessible, attractive, inclusive and sustainable. Through Proxeo, the Services-Mail-Parcels business unit provides local and sustainable solutions to help transform territories.

Promoting ethical, sovereign and inclusive digital services

In a context of accelerating digital transformation, La Poste Groupe promotes responsible digital practices. The Group provides digital services designed for individuals, businesses and local authorities. It has made digital trust a cornerstone of the development of its digital activities.

Consistent with its long-standing values of trust and inclusion, this commitment covers a range of areas including the protection of sensitive data, access to digital tools for the widest possible audience, technological autonomy, and the sovereign, secure, resilient and reversible hosting of data in France. This commitment is reflected in solutions such as digital identity, archiving and data hosting services. The Group also participates in sovereign cloud initiatives to ensure data control and security. It develops secure solutions to protect sensitive information and support the digitalisation of public and private-sector organisations.

At the same time, La Poste Groupe promotes digital inclusion by supporting people who are distant from digital uses. In 2025, 809,000 people were helped to become more digitally autonomous, and 1.7 million people received support with administrative procedures in priority urban neighbourhoods (QPVs).
