Internal mobility, training, integration, job retention: because each employee’s professional development is essential to collective performance, La Poste Groupe is rolling out support schemes to enable everyone to fulfil their potential.

Summary

To address changes in its activities and promote the development of employee skills, La Poste Groupe is implementing concrete schemes at every stage of professional life:

Recruitment opportunities across France in a wide range of professions.

An employment policy that promotes equal opportunities, youth integration, the employment of seniors and people with disabilities.

Significant investment in training to support career development.

A model based on internal mobility, employee support and the building of career paths within the Group.

For La Poste Groupe, acting as a responsible employer is rooted in its values and corporate culture. It is a key lever for its transformation and employee engagement. Recruiting diverse profiles, promoting equal opportunities, supporting changes in professions, investing in skills development, encouraging internal mobility... These initiatives enable everyone to build a sustainable career path.

Promoting integration and diversity of profiles

La Poste Groupe is a socially responsible employer. Its employment policy is guided by strong principles in terms of diversity and equal opportunities. Actions are also implemented to promote the recruitment of young people and to facilitate the career paths of people with disabilities and seniors through dedicated agreements.

For example, La Poste is a signatory of the Commitment Charter for the Employment of Over-50s, led by Club Landoy, and has signed a first agreement in favour of experienced postal carriers.

For youth employment, the Group relies on its Formaposte centres, its apprenticeship training centres (CFA). It is also a partner of the Foundation for Innovation in Learning (Fipa) to develop and test innovations in apprenticeship, particularly around data and cybersecurity professions.

Training to enable everyone to build their career path

Faced with the profound changes in its activities, La Poste Groupe has made training a strategic lever. Its ambition is clear: to prepare each employee for changes in their profession or to enable them to take on a new one.

The internal training offer is constantly diversifying – digital formats, new topics such as artificial intelligence – and relies on training organisations certified Qualiopi. The Group has also created a School of Data and AI to develop employees' digital skills.

Encouraging internal mobility and career transition paths

One of the levers of La Poste Groupe’s human resources policy is based on internal mobility and career transition paths. Thus, the agreement on Employment Management, Career Paths and Job Mix (GEPPMM) signed in 2025 aims to accelerate mobility and facilitate the Group's transformation, while guaranteeing employees their employability and securing their career paths.

Concretely, the Group has implemented territorial forward-looking management of jobs and skills (GPEC), a common skills framework, and structured support for the employee journey at every stage of the project. The Group is attentive to well-being at work and ensures that every trajectory and career development takes place within a respectful framework.
