Geopost enhances its Singular e-commerce platform with an AI shopping assistant
When shoppers do not know the right keywords or the exact name of a product, they may carry out multiple searches before eventually giving up. To make product discovery more intuitive, Geopost is enhancing Singular, its e-commerce platform launched in 2024, with a conversational shopping assistant. Designed specifically for Singular, the tool combines natural language search with personalised product recommendations.

Available in nine European countries (France, Croatia, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia), Singular brings together more than 150 brands and over 46,000 products across fashion, beauty, well-being, home decoration and food. The platform connects consumers with local retailers without taking their place in the purchasing process. Once users have made their selection, they are redirected to the retailer’s online shop to complete their purchase.
Available throughout the customer journey, from the homepage and product pages to the search function, the assistant allows users to describe what they are looking for in their own words. It then suggests products and brands from across Singular’s European catalogue. The recommendations remain directly linked to retailers’ websites, where consumers can seamlessly continue their purchase.
Users want to find the products they are looking for easily, while also discovering new things. Our personalised shopping assistant helps them do just that, while enabling local SMEs to showcase their products to a wider customer base across Europe.

Through this initiative, Geopost aims to help consumers find products that match their needs while creating new visibility opportunities for local SMEs. Conversational search also makes it easier for consumers to discover brands that may be less visible on major platforms.
“When shopping online, users want above all to find the products they are looking for quickly and easily, while also discovering new things,” says Demi Drev, Marketing Manager at DPD Slovenia and DPD Croatia. “Our personalised shopping assistant helps them do just that, while enabling local SMEs to showcase their products to a wider customer base across Europe.”
Slovenia and Croatia illustrate this international ambition. Singular features 30 brands and more than 4,000 products in the Slovenian market, as well as 13 brands and more than 6,800 products in the Croatian market. This pan-European showcase enables retailers to reach customers beyond their domestic market and increase their visibility across several countries.
Geopost plans to expand to further European markets by 2027
By combining artificial intelligence with carefully selected brand offerings, we are creating a more enjoyable and convenient shopping experience, while opening up new growth opportunities for retailers.

This integration marks another step forward for Singular, which Geopost plans to expand to further European markets by 2027. In doing so, the platform aims to strengthen the digital visibility of SMEs and make it easier for consumers to discover local products.
