The Formaposte mission is clear: facilitating work/study-based recruitment to train and support our future talents. Formaposte covers all of France, and develops partnerships with sixth form colleges, universities, IUTs and many other educational institutions. From your perspective, that has to be a game changer. As well as helping you find a work/study placement, this section is designed to help you get the most out of your work experience programme.

At La Poste Groupe, you’re not here simply to take part in a work/study programme. You really get to grips with the job through training, but primarily through hands-on experience. You’re working towards a degree or a recognised qualification on the basis of learning by doing. You’ll be spending most of your time in the workplace accompanied by a tutor or apprenticeship mentor to help you familiarise yourself with the workplace, find your bearings and make progress step by step. The main idea is to avoid getting stuck in the theory alone. You’ll progress with support, real-world assignments and the experience you need to become an independent professional.  

There are many work/study opportunities open to you at every level. Around fifteen training programmes are available in mail and parcel delivery, banking and digital. You’ll learn on the job with clearly defined real-world assignments within a learning framework designed to help you progress.

The Data & AI School works to ensure that our work/study programmes can also prepare you for a career as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer or even Data Scientist.
