Jadlog reaches 5,500 service points
Jadlog, one of the leading parcel carriers in Brazil’s business-to-business and e-commerce markets, has reached 5,500 service points across its franchises and PUDOs (pick-up and drop-off points). Already serving every Brazilian municipality, the company now aims to be within 500 metres of every Brazilian.
Reaching the entire country was an important milestone in building our network. Now, we want Jadlog points closer to people’s homes, workplaces or places they visit, making it simpler and more convenient to send, collect and return parcels

Jadlog’s PUDOs are partner retail establishments where customers can collect, send or return parcels, providing alternatives to home delivery and collection. The service currently caters to everyone from large companies to individuals selling products online.
A key advantage of Pickup is that consumers can collect their online purchases at locations close to home, work or other locations they regularly visit, including outside standard business hours. The model also supports more efficient and sustainable logistics by consolidating deliveries and collections at partner locations, reducing journeys and vehicle traffic in major urban centres and, consequently, CO₂ emissions and noise pollution.
The solution speeds up deliveries and offers convenience, particularly for people living in areas without access to traditional services or those whose busy schedules prevent them from receiving parcels during business hours.
These benefits have driven sustained and significant growth in the volume of parcels delivered and collected through the system.
Jadlog has the largest and most extensive network of service points among private carriers in Brazil.
Jadlog’s service points are also part of the Pickup network of Geopost / DPD Group, to which the company belongs. The group’s network comprises more than 150,000 PUDOs and lockers worldwide.
Pickup is much more than an alternative delivery option. It is a strategy that directly shapes the customer shopping journey by offering greater convenience and flexibility, while supporting more efficient and sustainable logistics through the consolidation of deliveries and collections at locations close to people.

The idea is to move beyond coverage alone and focus on proximity. We already reach every Brazilian municipality. The next step is to make this network an increasingly integral part of people’s everyday lives, offering more options for sending and receiving parcel and creating a more flexible and sustainable experience for consumers and businesses,” comments Tortorello.
