Fatima Berral appointed Chief Executive Officer of Docaposte and Deputy Managing Director of La Poste Groupe’s Consumer and Digital business line
In agreement with Marie-Ange Debon, Chief Executive Officer of La Poste Groupe, Nathalie Collin, Executive Vice President of La Poste Groupe in charge of the Consumer and Digital business line, has appointed Fatima Berral as Chief Executive Officer of Docaposte and Deputy Managing Director of La Poste Groupe’s Consumer and Digital business line. In this capacity, she will join the Division’s Executive Committee.
Formerly Chief Executive Officer of Sogelink, Fatima Berral will assume her new responsibilities on 1 November 2026. She succeeds Olivier Vallet, who has chosen to pursue a new stage in his professional career.
Trusted digital services are a cornerstone of La Poste Groupe’s new strategic roadmap, “Succeeding Together – Ambitions 2031.”

Biography:
Fatima Berral
A graduate of INSA Lyon with a degree in Energy Engineering, Fatima Berral brings more than 25 years of experience in the growth and transformation of B2B technology companies.
She began her career in the energy sector with Tenesol, later part of SunPower Corporation, where she successively held the positions of Business Unit Director, Europe Director, and Executive Director France.
In 2013, she joined Sogelink, where she led the company’s growth and transformation over a twelve-year period. First serving as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, and subsequently as Chief Executive Officer, she oversaw the evolution of the company from a French software publisher into a leading European provider of software, cloud and mobile solutions for the construction and infrastructure sectors, while successfully accelerating its transition to a SaaS-based business model. Under her leadership, the Group achieved sustained growth driven by both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.
Her career is distinguished by deep expertise in strategic transformation, international growth, operational excellence, customer engagement and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Since 2026, Fatima Berral has served as Chair of Sogelink’s Strategic Committee and member of its Board of Directors. She also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Mint and sits on the Board of Directors of DimoMaint.
Olivier Vallet
A graduate of INSEAD and the Institut Français de Gestion (IFG), Olivier Vallet began his career in 1986 in sales and marketing roles at NCR, where he gradually specialised in the development and delivery of services, customer relationship management and outsourcing solutions.
He joined Alcatel in 2000, where he reorganised the Group’s IT operations before being appointed Chief Executive Officer of Alcanet in 2002.
In 2006, he joined the Steria Group, taking responsibility for the company’s industrialisation strategy, including the development of IT delivery centres in Poland, Morocco and India. He subsequently assumed full P&L responsibility for the Group’s operations in Spain and Scandinavia.
In 2009, Olivier Vallet was appointed Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Steria France. In 2015, he became Chief Executive Officer of Sopra Steria’s Solutions and Cybersecurity business line and a member of the Group Executive Committee.
In 2017, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Docaposte. In 2021, he was named Deputy Managing Director of La Poste Groupe’s Consumer and Digital business line, with responsibility for business development and trusted digital services.
