DPD France launches Singular, a platform to boost the visibility of French SME

DPD France, a subsidiary of Geopost, unveils Singular, a digital showcase designed to promote the expertise of French small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This initiative aims to support these SMEs in their e-commerce development by facilitating their visibility and access to new customers.

A simplified and rewarding shopping experience

Available in France starting today, Singular is already up and running in four European countries (Italy, Spain, Croatia, and Slovenia). Its launch in France will let shoppers discover local, authentic, high-quality products picked for their uniqueness and French roots. Navigation is simple: each product page redirects to the merchant's e-commerce site, where the purchase is made directly.

The platform is accessible directly via the DPD France website and the myDPD website, which has more than 900,000 users.

A growth driver for partner customers

SMEs are at the heart of the French economy and represent a significant part of DPD France's business. By launching Singular, DPD France is reaffirming its commitment to supporting these essential businesses by offering them free visibility for their products. The aim is to help e-merchants emerge in a highly competitive environment, while promoting their brand identity. This initiative aims to encourage the growth of SMEs and facilitate their expansion, both nationally and internationally.

A careful selection of merchants

Singular has already attracted 10 French SMEs, including: Baiham Paris, Nümorning, Melifera, JNPR Spirits, Eclae, Maison Verdier, Castex, Noham, Savonnerie Artisanale du Jura, and Atelier Sophie Janière. These partners embody the richness of the French entrepreneurial fabric, with a solution covering the main categories most popular with internet users: fashion, beauty & wellness, home decor, and food. New merchants will soon be joining the platform.

Group dynamics in full swing

Singular is part of Geopost's overall strategy to promote local brands on a European scale. Already launched in 2024 in other countries where the group operates, the platform was first introduced in Italy with BRT, then in Spain with SEUR, followed by Croatia (DPD Croatia) and Slovenia (DPD Slovenia). This European approach demonstrates the Group's desire to strengthen the visibility of SMEs in each country where it operates and to gradually extend the visibility of these brands to other countries that have deployed Singular thanks to the upcoming interconnection of all platforms.

To date, Singular brings together 84 active merchants in all the countries concerned, 510,000 cumulative unique visitors, and 14,500 product references, all from SMEs selected for their expertise, local commitment, and the quality of their offerings.
